Reverend Canon Winston Joseph attended Trinity College during the period 1958 to 1965. He holds a Licentiate in Theology, a Bachelors Degree in Theology and a Diploma in Ministerial Studies from the University of the West Indies.

He served at All Saints Anglican Church, Port-of-Spain from 1973 to 2000 in the capacities of Curate and Rector and was appointed Canon in 1996. Canon Joseph also served as Anglican Chaplain of Bishop Anstey High School, Bishop’s Centenary College, Saint Agnes, Saint Ursula’s and Ascension Primary Schools.

In 1980 he was appointed an Independent Senator in the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago where he served until 1985.

Canon Joseph currently resides in Florida where he is Rector of Saint Patrick’s Episcopal Church. In the Diocese of Southeast Florida he is the Examining Chaplain for Liturgics, a member of the World Mission Committee and Chairman of the Clergy Continuing Education Committee.

The Trinity College Alumni Association recognises Reverend Canon Winston Joseph as its first member to become a priest and for his contribution to the Anglican Church in Trinidad and Tobago and the United States.
